Hey all I am saving up for a car, and the two top cars i want are the toyota iQ, and the toyota aygo. These are both small city cars sold by toyota. But this is about the iQ. This car is just slightly larger than a smart car, and can supposedly seat 3 adults (but only for small journeys, if i had one, i would probably use it as a 2 seater, and fold the rear seats down). I LOVE this car. Its basic, which i like (but not too basic, i like ABS breaks, airbags and things like that, i just dont like LCD screens, massage and heated leather chairs etc in the car I drive, too expensive and uneconomical). Also, its small, which is excellent, and has low insurance, good for me as a new driver. Furthermore, its economical, great becuase i am a student, i cant afford hefty fuel bills, and it is big enough to carry me, my things, and the occasional friend to and from university! It is also a toyota, meaning that it is likely to be well screwed together, and not break down too much! So its the excellent car then for me... but there is only one problem. Its a small, reliable, good looking, and popular car. Its expensive to buy new, and due to the factors stated, it hardly depreciates! It keeps so much of its value i saw a 2 year old 29,000 miles version going for £6,600. Brand new it costs £8k! Think i need to blog on here a little bit more...
