Knicks lose to the Cavs but beat the Heat?

I'm a New Yorker and I am extremely excited about the inclusion of Carmelo Anthony into the Knicks. I was extremely happy when the Knicks was able to beat the Bucks but my happiness faded after watching them fall to the Cavs which has one of the worst records in the NBA. But then they somehow was able to defeat the mighty Heat after that. Is this going to be a roller coaster remaining season for the Knicks? What do you think are their playoff chances?
