I found a great site where we can follow a litter of Norwegian Forest cats develop from birth to leaving home. This cat breed is very special, they like water and can fish in lakes and streams. They are very affectionate and like children. Yes, some kinds of cats can be outdoors even when it´s cold. The cat I had before, was a short haired cat and he could be outdoors for a long time even when it was very cold. So the Norwegian Forest Cat is not the only one doesn´t mind the cold, but maybe it has the best fur coat for cold weather..
