how to claim warranty? they said nothing wrong

Hello everyone, i got my hard disk SATA Western Digital 320GB capacity storage. When I use it in my computer, 1st time load it still OK, but after few minute and hour it start produce weird sound like insect and the windows performance not very well and it turn into lag. I back up all my data after that I send to the shop where i buy to claim for warranty.I don't like the shop when they test my hard disk they said nothing wrong and return back to me. How can i tell them the problem appear during i use it for few minute or hours? Maybe the problem not appear too when they test it.

well.. what is your computer configuration? they may have tested on different configuration or higher configuration.. so it may be possible they haven't seen that issue.. if problem persist you can tell to test on your CPU and they come to any conclusion..

but it's the best way to check issue of your computer.. what to shy when you have computer.. :-) people don't shy in repairing bicycle too..

i think u must first tell them that u can use it for short period but it does not work for longer & tell them to check it for longer period. or else u can directly visit any branches of the company in your area.

I tell but seem like sales girl don't understand, they just try plug in and test, if detect then it alright nothing wrong.
