Designing a birthday card for my boyfriend and all the joys that I've recived

My boyfriend's birthday is coming soon and I've been thinking what meaningful as well as special gift to send to him. Racking my brains for several days I suddenly came out with the idea: designing a customized birthday card for him by my own hands. Then I searched online for websites that offer online designing software for creating birthday cards. Among several recommended websites I finally chose waazula because they've an easy-to-use designing software and their prices are reasonable.
After designing the birthday card, I input my boyfriend's company address and submitted the order. Last weekend the card was received! He called me:"hey sweety, thank you so much for your beautiful birthday card that you designed by yourself. I love it greatly!"
Yeah, sometimes just a simple custom-made birthday card would enhance our relationship and bring us more happiness and joy. So, why not start designing your own greetings cards for boyfriends, girlfriends, parents and classmates?

Hi GameMaster! I've always want my cards or book marks to be personalized as a gift so, I make it myself though sometimes If I'm very busy I just opt to buy, but I see to it that the message really fits with what I want to say. For my cards and book marks,I use colorful materials and special papers, though it depends because if it's for a male then I use neutral colors. I use silver dust, buttons, ribbons, cut-outs, etc. and to make it more personalized I glue a cut-out capital letter of the name of that person whom I want to give the card or book mark before I have it laminated.
A lot of my friends appreciate it and sometimes people who have done something good for me. People do appreciate gifts if it's coming from the heart and if they can see the effort.

You are really creative and attentive to do this. No wonder your friends appreciate your bookmarks so much. Designing a greeting card is not time-consuming at all, it all depends on whether you have a helpful software like the one I used on waazula. They have the card template, so you just add your photos and texts, choose different text fonts and colors, adjust their positions, then a wonderful greeting card will be done! They will produce the card and send to your address, unbelievable, huh? You should have a look.

That certainly a great idea though. Although it is not something expensive, but at least you would put out your heart for him, and that express your great love, and care for him as well. I am happy for you, and he certainly like this gift from you. If my girlfriend birthday, I might do the same for her.

It is special and not expensive at all! The most important thing is that it shows how much you care for her. Be sure to design her a card with both of your photos on and write the words you want to say to her. I bet she would love you even more!

I agree with you! Making cards for those you care about is a wonderful way to show them you care. I think anything handmade shows you care since you do have to take the time to do them. I have been making my own cards for a while now and have always gotten wonderful feedback from them and have been told how much they mean to the person who it was made for :)

Hi,
That is so sweet that you put an effort to design a birthday
card for your boyfriend and he really appreciate your hard work.
In my whole life, I never make any DIY card for my loved one or even
for my friends. I am not a creative person and really have no
idea on how to create a card online.
I believe it is a meaningful birthday present for your boyfriend and
what is the plan of celebration for his coming birthday?

hi there, that was very sweet of you to do that. i just realized it has been moths since i last sent my boyfriend a card. and yeah i think this time i will be the one to design it, and it would be more special if i do so. thanks for the idea anyway :)

Hey Cherish, there are many small things in life that can enhance your relationship greatly, like a simple sticky case, a hot cup of tea, a hug, a stare into each others' eyes, a custom-made birthday card. Perhaps next time you can go to waazula to use their software for a special greeting card for your boyfriend and send to him as a surprise!

Yes actually designing a card can be a really fun thing to do. Last year i designed a card for one of my friends for her birthday. She liked it. Actually to be honest it wasn't such an easy job. I needed help from a friend so we decided to jot both of our names in the card. But it was fun..

Designing a birthday card is exciting and fun! You can go to waazula, they have a software and also offers the greeting cards model which you can choose to use. Add your own photos and words, adjust the sizes and colors, then it's done!

Hello, long time ago I like to design card to someone too when their birthday come, i will give them my design birthday card. Now I change my way, i don't like give card because after 1 or 2 week, the card were no longer use. They just keep and not read anymore. Then I change it, I give them music CD with the cover CD are my greetings , then inside CD I put their favorite music. By this way they can listen the song everyday while still keep my greetings there.

Hey etavasi you also have creative ideas about sending meaningful birthday presents. Sending CDs with beautiful music, maybe you can also say something to him or read a beautiful eassay, isn't that wonderful!
