More unethical crap from the left in Madison, WI

A judge has issued a restraining order, allowing the protesters to blatantly break the law in the capital building in Wisconsin. The law states that the capital building doors are to be unlocked during all sessions of the legislature. However, at close of legislative business the capital building is closed. The protesters have every right to remain outside, but they are still responsible to the law.. Until this anal fissure infesting the state court system spoke. What he is doing is forcing the police to break the law. He's no better than any of the criminals he's sentenced.

So while the state faces budget short falls to the point of possibly having to lay people off, these dedicated citizens will suck up more state resources like police, staff at the capital. And this judge is towing the line? for goodness sakes go home people. You will not win. Maybe when all is said and done the capital will be able to lay off yet more people.

How could you tell people to give up? What would our country be if people like Rosa Parks gave up?

It seems to me that the rule of law has been thrown out the door in favor of placating the left. From the federal level down, laws mean nothing unless you are a tea partier who steps over the line. Anarachy reigns. Can civil war be far off?

So how unethical was it that the doors were barred by state police than, when during hours of legislation, they were locked or blocked during the governors speech? Are you up in arms about that one too or are you going to say it is alright that they did it but not alright that a judge let the opposite happen?

The "judge" didn't even hold a hearing or anything. He just issued the order based on a union request. He ignored the fact that the fire codes have been violated, the cleaning crews have not had access to do their jobs, there is vandalism that needs to be assessed and repaired, there is evidence (and bragging) of marijauna use in the building by protesters. In other words, while there is a law requiring open access while the legislature is in session (which I agree, should be honored), the other laws involved need to be honored also. This "judge" picks and chooses which laws he wants obeyed and which he'll ignore. In ordering the police to allow the breaking of laws in the capital building, he is ordering them to break the law themselves.

"The "judge" didn't even hold a hearing or anything. He just issued the order based on a union request." Kind of like there was no hearing on blocking doors either so it seems both sides have violated the law. "there is evidence (and bragging) of marijauna use in the building by protesters." Links please, I just looked and the only thing I came across so far is videos of people banging on drums playing instruments and shouting on bullhorns. I did however see police present so what you are saying is that the police are corrupt also and not stopping a crime in progress?

http://www.doa.state.wi.us/docview.asp?docid=4637&locid=163 Here is a link to the rules of conduct in the Wisconsin State Capital. Make special note of the section near the bottom entitled "Adm 2.14 Rules of conduct."

I've heard that the mess they've left is horrible. If crowds like that were seen in any other building, the building owners would be fined for having more than the fire department allows for occupancy. Imagine if something happened and they all had to get to exits. They'd be crushed. They should be forced to leave when the building normally closes. Of course. But I also think they should be checking the numbers of persons allowed when the building is open as well.

Exactly, the Wisconsin State government is bending over backwards to accommodate the left, and all they do is complain their "rights" are being violated. The fact they are the violators is supposed to mean nothing. And yes, they have made pigs of themselves in our state capital building.
