Have you ever seen this? A friend of mine posted this on FB though it was on a PBS link of sorts. After we both lost the link I found it this afternoon looking for something interesting to watch. I think if everyone could see this they would change their minds on how we eat. I wish I could afford to provide a way to meet our families dietary needs in our own back yard. The more of this I watch the more I'd like to buy organic meats from our farmers market (open may-oct) or just plain go vegan or something. And maybe expand my garden even more this year I encourage you to watch it if you have not seen it. Makes alot of points in regards to how many of the food recalls came about. Why a child died Why people are getting diabetes & have become so obese. Corn syrup And in general how industrialized food production is not good for us as consumers and our environment.

I avoid watching stuff like that for a reason, LOL. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. I cannot afford to buy organic either.. so I'd much rather not know what I'm eating.

I understand what you are saying totally. Plus the fact that sooo much of it is delicious. I wish I could organic produce and meat... but it seems affording regular non-organic items is difficult now days.
