I finally saved around enough money to buy a new game console. (About time!) I have seen that the most popular are the PS3 and Xbox 360, well which one should I go with. Both have games that I want to play but is it worth it? Which one plays better? Which one has better graphics? Which one has better multiplayer? I'm just wondering this so I buy the right one.

I have owned and played my 360 for about 5 years now. I must say, I thoroughly enjoy the experience. I like not being REQUIRED to install games, but having the option. I like Xbox Live, too. Even though I have to pay for it, I'm getting what I pay for. $60 bucks for a year isn't that expensive. It's also good for new buyers that the whole RROD disaster is over, too. Oh, and I GREATLY prefer the controller.

So I take it that you are for 360. So far most people have been. I played the ps2 and xbox a few years ago and I like the xbox controller better and the games for that matter.

I loved - I repeat - LOVED my ps2. It had basically every good that came out, including a wide selection of RPGs. Now that RPGs are fewer and further between, I tend to lean on shooters. The 360 controller is suited much better for those games, to me. The ps3 controller is simply to small for me now, and I don't like the way the joysticks are right next to each other. I always bump my thumbs against one another. As for overall games selection, Sony has some good first party titles. I'll eventually get a ps3, but it will only be for exclusives and won't get the same playtime as my 360.

They are both good. I have the xbox 360 but the bad thing is about paying for xbox live. It is kinda of worth it though because a lot of people are online but sometimes there would be stupid people. The PS3 has better graphics and online is free, you have to get you own headsets if you want to talk to people. Its up to what kind of games you most. Xbox has most of the best shooting games so that is why I wanted that. They all have similar games but some are only for one platform. For example, gears of war and halo. These are most widely sold games but I like gears of war and hate halo.

I have connection issues with PS3, so i can say X-box 360 is kinda better, I'm experience a lot of lag while using ps3 when I'm having ranked matches in marvel vs. capcom 3 while my connection is smooth sailing in x-box 360.

It depends, I solely bought my xbox 360 just for the Halo Series. Both Gaming Systems have Great Titles. Xbox 360 Charges you for there xbox live service, Where PlayStation 3 online service is absolutely Free I have Both Systems, My Xbox360 Broke on me 6 Times... Each Time I sent it back and they fixed it. I finally had enough and when they fixed it the last time I sold it on craigslist. Just recently my Playstation 3 broke on me, I called Playstations 1800#, They wanted $120.00 to fix it. Even though I never opened the console or tried to pirate anything so I know for a fact it was a defective device. So Now I'm stuck with a $500 Playstation 3... and Yes that's how much it cost me I bought it when it first came out and got 2 games. Do your research before you shell out the money, Last I heard they got all the kinks out of the Xbox 360 so I don't know.

When I get one, I am going with the Xbox 360. It has better anti-aliasing (less choppy edges which means better graphics) for most games and it has a better frame-rate for most games too. The only setback is the costs for Xbox LIVE memberships... about $60 a year... but I heard on another video that the person had not had ANY problems with Xbox LIVE. Don't go with just my opinion though. Check out this series for more info on each: www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=317D7E79263FD996 . It is a series (not by me) that goes into depth between the two consoles.

This comes down to matter of opinion again. It really depends on what you want and what your needs are. If you want free online play, then go with PS3. If you want a somewhat larger library of games, the 360 might be your choice. Do you like a game that is console exclusive, then you might wanna pick the console that has the game you wanna play. There are a lot of factors to go off of.

go for any console like a previous reader mention their collection are fully stacked up so what ever console you get you will end up getting really good games, but if your still having a hard time, then think would you rather play games like uncharted or games like halo ?once you answer this then you got your sollution .
