Is this your experience too?Oh yess! I do love to walk a lot,maybe that's ONE routine I have been following for a long long time.To be true, I remember my grandfather told me once,,KEEP walking,,no not the one like,J W,,he said keep walking daily ,3 kilometers average ,,and u will keep the doctor away.I thank him again and again .Do you all believe walking is good enough? Other exercise can be done according to individual's timetable.I would like to get your ideas.

Since I have been on my diet walking is the 1 exercise that I have kept up.I try to do weights every now and then or try other things.But I always come back to walking.I have osteoarthritis in my knees.So walking helps me with that.I love walking the track,but I also have a treadmill that I use also.

Oh ,,that pain in the knees,,even I had started to get a funny feeling in those bones,,I can't believe simple exercises ,,has helped me a lot,,all I do is simple yoga exercises,,started with sitting on my legs kneeling on the ground

Go for the simplest exercises first,It is ok to just start with moving your body,bending, stretching,kneeling, etc, so much that you do not put too much strain on any part .Also breathing exercises are very good, U also need to learn about timings and the types and the quality of food and intake of liquids.I have only seen some short videos by a teacher called baba Ramdev,,You can see on youtube.com,, http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=baba+ramdev+yoga&aq=1 ,,Thanks

I haven't tried yoga.Maybe I'll try that.Any certain one you recommend?

Yes I do it every day when its Sunny. Walking/running is healthy. I dont do it for this - its good to go out of town with friends and to do sports. Go with them in one park - there are many trees and fresh air. I dont know what to write more because this makes a lot of fun with your friends and one of your favourite moments. -skrejka7802

walking is good and I do if I get the time but when its cold or to darn hot I dont!

Oh yes, It is all according to the weather in some areas,personally I see it as a matter of making up our mind.As exercise is something we got to do for ourself,it is for our own benefit,Thanks

Walking is one of the best exercise. We don't need anything but only a pair of good legs to benefit the whole body inside out. Unfortunately, my legs are not being made good use of as I have been living a sedentary lifestyle. Sitting too much is inviting all the unwanted fats that keep padding all over me. I really need to start a strict walking exercise before I end up a humpty dumpty!

Whenever we discuss health we do mention, that exercise is very important,also that it is something we do for ourselves,, They can'y do it for you,,WHY wait?

Yes, you need to do a range of exercise otherwise it will get boring and eventually you will stop doing it all together.

Yes I do believe that walking helps your blood circulation to go well,or better.My Doctor had told me if I didn't walk enough I would regret it, I do have a lot of big enough varicose veins and wear support hose too so walking is beneficial.

Sure, walking is good for the health and everyday I will have a walk. Since everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It takes me about half an hour. I already regard it as my daily exercise. I love China
