What do you do when someone close to your heart hurt you in ways only that someone could? How do you cope or deal with that? The kind of hurt that no amount of crying or sobbing will cure. The kind that of hurt that opens your heart to questions you don't really want answers to.. What do you do?

When it comes to healing from being emotionally heart by a loved one is to allow time to heal the heart as nothing else will truly comfort. If you have close friends go out and find new interests so that your mind can be a bit busy and not concentrating on the pain your love has caused. I do see that you are new to myLot, a warm welcome to you!

hardworkinggurl, Thank you for the welcome. Yes, I became a member a while ago but was not too sure about myLot then so I was not active until just recently and have found myLot members like yourself to be very helpful (*_*)

Those who means a lot to you would really be the ones who could hurt you the most. Just don't react right away. Step back and review what really happened and rule out the possible reasons why he/she has done it. Spend time on other things to divert the hurtful feelings you've felt. Don't let it pull you down. When your mind now is clear and refresh, go back to the situation you're in. Approach him/her and tackle things over. In that manner, you will understand his/her side and open also your side.

The ones that are closer to you are the ones that are going to hurt you the most. People need proximity to be able to hurt you. The only thing is: was it intentional? Did she mean to just hurt you out of cruelty? Does it have anything to do with how was she raised? how was her life before you too? Does she shows the symptoms od any trauma that she never discussed with anyone? In the end, conversation always solves most of things. To good or bad
