I am looking for a PTC sites that really pay and a legitimate one. I am already a member of Neobux but this is not enough. I want to earn more by PTC sites, Please tell PTC sites that really pay and not a scam. Please Help

There are several like ClixSense, neobux, wordlinx etc.. main thing you need to do is make sure you have read the TOS and that your country and payment processor is allowed.
Also best to make sure you view payment proofs so this way you know if it is paying or not. Best of luck.
