hello LK, Well i have one bad idea about mylot dear brother. If any mylotter is not giving comment/response back to my comments,after participating to his/her topics and still i am not getting a single response... oh well,sorry but i will not post any comments to his/her topic anymore. I don't know,it might sounds bad of me (on my side),but yes,that's one of my attitude towards any mylotters who just come here to add friends,and invite to join other sites or be a follower etc. Yes,if he/she is very active here in mylot and mind to give response back to his/her topic...i will surely join his/her site (youtube,facebook whatever ) Uhmn,any one again here acting like this?...posting lots of topics but never giving any responses back...awww

I agree, and though I don't want to be popular, (too many creepy things comes along with popularity,) if my book does become a best-seller, I would hope that at least a couple people here will keep me from straying..After all, it was through mylot and a friend who encouraged me to continue with my writing and to seek out the help I need to complete it. Yet, if it does come down to it, I may be a little busier, but will try my best to continue with my friends here..

Oh, and I saw this person also has (0) posts. Whenever I see the number zero, I check out to see when they signed up because the first indication to turn them down is they signed up and have many friends.

I saw her before .. because she requested friendship from me too; twice at least. I have to reject unfortunately because of her 0 activity. I don't know if it's got to do with being popular or not , but you are right. At least be active here ..

. Maybe if she starts to have 10 comments and discussions answered , I will consider accepting her FR..

, I don't know what was wrong with her in the first place.it did because she's one of those popular ones in facebook but she should have been active here instead because not every one can be a youtube fan. i just watch her videos and things were not that good compare to others who prefer to joke around than sing

Maybe different people come here with various purposes. I come here mainly for improving my English level as the second language. Although I don't have much time everyday to visit this website to make many responses, I am always trying to read and respond some of the discussions after work time. I don't like those who are here without any responses or posts.

This post is a good reminder. I'm guilty of the long absence from this site. I never had lots of friends here and referral but to tell you the truth, I regret that I been gone for long because I really had a great time here. I'm just lucky i remembered my password. Hi there! All I can say is that it would be easier for her to sing songs/uplaod songs on you tube rather than participating here on mylot discussions. Participating in discussions require some knowledge and skill and it is not everyone's cup of tea.

I agree with you that she may be a singing sensation. However, for showing her singing talent, she need not join mylot or need not make friends here. If she has to join mylot it is basically for discussions and if she participates, she is most welcome.

I don't think she's dumb but it depends on the talent or interest in the person. i mean, i find it even hard to compose a song nor use an instrument to play it since i tried it back in highschool and it never worked. i guess she has her own, but all i asked is for her to be active here.

I have been pretty lucky in that regard as the over 500 in my friend list do not spam. I have received a couple spams but once I reply back it stops. I have heard of some getting numerous spam pm's and that is not fun and should be stopped. I normally accept all and just last week I did notice one who has requested and I have it pending as now it is one week and no activity.

I don't understand, unless of course the mission is accomplished with other members.

Hi Even i got some friend request from user which having ZERO post .. I was surprised when i saw good number of friends in that users friend list. I thought it was for referral purpose so i just decline that request.. In fact i got such FR two time from the same user.

I think you're very, very right. And I also think I know who are you talking about, if it's the same person with her songs and you tube account. I added her as a friend weeks ago but until yesterday she didn't have a single post or discussion. But her friends on mylot are so many. It's not a good thing to do only to get profit. Yes, we are all here for various reasons and one of them is making some profit. But the main purpose of this site is to brig people together where we can share, discusll, help each other, etc. And when we're active, it's not that bad to search for referrals or profits. But we must be active at least to respect other people who are members here. Not just to use them. If someone wants to receive, they need to give, too.

And I already deleted her from my friends' list because I also checked today and still number in the brackets next to her name was zero. If had she posted once or twice at least, may be I would have given a second thought but obviously her purpose wasn't to talk or share. Just to profit. The only person who loses is her.

I think adding friends(as much as you like) is just fine. As long as it doesn't served the purpose of violating any rules on MyLot. Being active/inactive is users choice. MyLot has set its rules regarding inactive accounts. Maybe the person you are referring to is too busy of her things outside MyLot so lets just give her space he want. If he is meant to stay long here in MyLot he will do steps to make it work, and you will just see.

I think a lot of mylot members are wondering who that member is. She's also in my friends list and like everyone whose also her friend, it's a wonder how she manage to invite a lot of us here to be her friends and yet don't even bother to start of even post to a discussion even once. I suspect that someone is doing it in her behalf but really, as long as she's not harming anyone or send referral links then i'll just let her remain in my list. I think she's doing it primarily to invite people to see her own website if only she could post here once in a while there's a chance that she could have her own following. The way her website looks like, she's just another showbiz wannabe so lets give her a chance.

It is true that I came here to make some money but slowly started liking this site and have made some good friends. But I always choose my friends and that is by their posts. I take a look at their profiles and their posts and judge accordingly. And accept only if I like what they say. For a person with 0 posts, I simply decline and that is what I did to this person too. It does not matter to me what he or she is in in the outside world. If there is no activity here, what is point of just adding friends and sitting idle. I make friends to communicate and interact, not just to become popular. That explains why I have very few friends.
