How do you post a task on mylot?

Hi guy i wanted to know how do you create task on mylot? I need some work done and i would like to create some task in the task sections.

Especially the part which tells you which tasks are not allowed.

You go to tasks new task. You'll have to add money to your tasks funds first though.
