Exchanging referrals? The best way to get direct referrals?

HI there friend I keep on thinking how to earn direct referrals and somebody told me that the best way to get direct referrals is to exchange your site with other PTC clickers website. It means that there will be a deal between you and the one who exchange with you. The two of you must click everyday for the deal. It's just like helping each other to earn more. I think that it's quite tiring to do it but I want to give a try. I want to earn more and I want to help others to earn more as well. I Well what do you think? Is it a good Idea?
