Simply it was the best innings of this tournament so far.. he has really played well to get the first points for the team. He has been in good form in the resent times and was striking the ball well even in the game against the Bangla Desh. But unfortunately picked the man as he pulled the ball in the air.. but this time ... he scored 100 of just 50 balls.. Although he had provided a chance as the high catch was dropped by the England captain, but he deserved that luck, specially after playing such a good innings..

well it was an amazing knock by kevin obrein it was not the first time he played well but it was against a good team & the inning was paced brilliantly & that too in preasure situation certainly deserve a round of aplause. i enjoyed not only his batting but also how he batted against the likes of anderson who is among the top bowlers in icc cricket ratings hope we will see a brilliant match against india too.

I think now he is exposed in front of India so they are already searching for his weakness and maybe they catch him early. Also its depends performance of the particular day. So I dont think he will be able to do it again but he will be remembered for this knock against England for long long time.

I think he's a great puller of the cricket ball but some times he doesn't get enpugh power behind the short. There was a time when his short was not really far away from the fielder but the fielder was so far from the boundary rope that the ball went over him and bounced inside the rope before crossing it.
Even against Bangladesh, he got out by the same way..

well india will surely try to find his weakness but he will also try to come out of his weakness but still everyday cant be yours & obrein will be surely tested i think indian bowling is farly better than that of england & his performance against bangladesh was also not that good may be he has a weakness of playing with a subcontinent team & india too have good spinners well his batting will be tested & indian bowling too.

I must admit he is the Batsman of the tournament so far :D the way he punished Broad and others. 6 sixes and 13 fours amazing knock.

Definitely one of the best innings if not the best innings of the tournament so far. I think the way he attacked the bowling was what was important. Especially during the power play the 60 odd runs that he smashed was the turning point of the match. He stunned England and from there they could not make a come back.
