The last time I was on here (about two months ago)I posted that I was to rejoin Weight Watchers after putting on loads of weight over the last few years with health and family problems. Well I DID pluck up the courage and rejoin classes on 11th January and started doing the new ProPoints diet and I am pleased to say that after 7weeks I have lost 23 and a half pounds, all while eating really good healthy, tasty and filling food. Are any of you following this new programme at all?

Good on you. I have to change my diet now as I have just been diagnosed as a diabetic . So I have to have a low GI diet.I have to see the dietitian soon t know what I can and can not eat. So I am looking forward to losing some weight and feeling a lot healthier. I may have to look into to this weight watchers programme after I see the dietitian. Way to go girl , keep up the good work. Cheers Sue

Well deg gone! Good for you!! Wow! I had lost 4.5 pounds before I got really sick and ended up in the hospital for two days. Now it's just not coming off anymore but I think it's due to my wacky thyroid. I had it tested today and find out the results on Friday when I see the doctor again. However, that's awesome job you've done!! Keep up the good work!!

Yea. Great. Good for you. No, I am not on weight watchers, nor do I know how the program works, but as long as it works and you are happier for it. Keep it up.

WOW! That's fantastic! Keep up the good work. I'd love to be on a program like that but I just don't have the money. I can barely afford to feed myself! But I wish you lots of luck on your journey!
