Another Worthless "Judge". Enemy of the US Constitution

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson is about as worthless as they come. He is the Florida "judge" who declared the Obamacare law unconstitutional. What makes him worthless? For weeks now he has insisted that the ruling precludes the need to specifically state that it means the government can't enforce it. The fact it's been ruled unconstitutional MEANS it can't be enforced.
But now he's backed down from his own ruling, saying that the states must enforce the law while it is being appealed.
In other words, the spinless pollup is saying that he is requiring the states and the federal government to violate the US Constitution.
With "judges" like this, who needs criminals? He's no better than any of the scum he's sent to prison.

I admire the man for standing up in the first place. What's the law on how long to file an appeal? I'd say seven days is fair. And really, UNTIL the mess has gone through the legal process, he has no choice but to say what he did. HE'S not above the law either.

He has no authority to knowingly violate the US Constitution, nor to order the president or anyone else to do the same. Either the law is unconstitutional or it isn't, he can make that judgement, but once he rules that it is unconstitutional it is unethical and dishonest of him to order that it be enforced.

How it works is, the injunction stays in effect until an appeals judge overturns or sustains that decision.
When the judge was first asked why he didn't specifically state an injunction, he said there was no need to. Him ruling the law unconstitutional MEANS it cannot be enforced through the appeals process. But when it came down to actually enforcing his own words, he backed down... in other words, he wasn't willing to stand behind them.
Now he has state that it is unconstitutional, but ordered it to be enforced, which means he is ordering the government to violate the US Constitution.

Bear with me, I'm not a legal eagle. What about the appeals process? How does it work? Sure, he said it is unconstitutional, but doesn't it have to go through the process of appeals up to and including the Supreme Court?

Yup, I wonder what they told him they would do to his family.

Well, he only issued a stay of his own ruling ... only giving the Obama Admin. seven (7) days to file its appeal. That's fair enough, isn't it! And, yes in the meantime, implementation efforts can continue while the appeal is being prepared.

right, he said it was unconstitutional, but then later said it had to be enforced.. which means he is ordering the government to enforce an unconstitutional law. Which means he is an enemy to the constitution.
