Why the Arabs going crazy?

In last couple of weeks world top news comes from arab world in north africa, middle east and arabic peninsula. It's strange to read about that region, especially north africa countries like Libya, Egypt and Tunis. We weeks ago there was all about Tunis, then turned to Egyt protests and now its all about civil war possibilities after Libya protests. But what i cant understand is what are they protesting against. They live in countries which earn money from tourists from the west or by selling oild to the European countries. But in the meanwhile there is full internet of videos where protesters from both - governments and rebells side claims that its probably america and west European countries fault that they live in such a bad conditions. It's like to bite a hand that fed you. After watching those videos only thing i understand is that they really want Islamic fundamentalists and terrorists to come and save their countries from oil pumping west and dictators who as they think are marionettes of the west. Shouting this "allahu akbar' will not help them to win in civil war just give radical Islamics more reasons to gain power among new Arabic generation.
