Greedy admin!

I am sure everybody noticed that some sites don't allow us to click the paid ads unless we click on admin's link first. Usually I saw there is only one unpaid link to click on, but recently I've noticed some new sites that have two and even three links we must click before being able to earn from the paid ads. What's your opinion about this kind of sites? Do you think they are trustworthy?
