i admit i missed a few surveys but i did make sure i did them often enough and was even better at keeping up after they said i wasnt active enough.. ive always been a great survey taker till 2011 because i have been sick since the beginning of January and then my pc had to go into the shop.. before my pc was shipped off i was trying to log in to put it on vacation status (the email about me not being active said if i was ever going to be away to do this) and i couldnt log in.. i wrote them and they said i hadnt finished a ton of surveys and didnt review the products they sent! i had just did a product survey and i had been doing them more often to keep my account from being slow at taking the surveys and they deleted my account.. im wondering if the times my internet would flicker (as in id lose it for like a few seconds then it would restore) maybe made the ones i did not count but it would continue and it let me so i figured it didnt bother the survey and i know the product one i did ended quickly but i did finish it.. i could see if i hadnt done any surveys but i had been doing them every once in awhile as i could and more often especially after them saying i wasnt being active enough and i was about to put it on vacation mode due to my pc being down and i DID finish a product trial like a week or two before but i got a letter saying i was kicked out because i pretty much didnt do anything survey wise and didnt do ANY reviews on products.. i love that survey place and they are the best paying but this kind of ticks me off!! i had explained when i asked about not being able to log in that my pc was down and i knew i hadnt been as active as usual (never used to miss 1 survey ever before) but after i got my pc i would be better etc and they give me the nasty letter back.. would you fight this? i feel anything i would have to say would sound like lines anyone would use to get out of things and that they would prob think im lying but i did step it up after their note about not being active but it seems as if they think i havent done anything at all in months! i cant prove otherwise so i feel im kind of screwed.. anyone been kicked out for not doing them often enough or them claiming you didnt do surveys and product reviews?? i would think being a member for 5 years and never missing a survey in those 5 years till 2011 that they would have given me some slack.. guess not.. grrr oh and the day before my account was canceled i got an email for me to ask my friends to join WTF

i got an email like that to. im also wondering whats up with them. when i first joined, they gave me like 3 or 4 to do a week. and sent me a product at least once a month. now suddenly, hardly but about 1 survey a month. then no products come any more even when they ask me if id try one. then yesterday i had a survey that couldnt see the product. i reported that and got back an email saying they was sorry, disregard it, it was a mistake? anyway, im wondering if they are feeling the crunch of this economy and are just turning a bit shady

I am still with them - as far as I know - but I have noticed that the number of surveys that they send me has reduced to about one every two months. From experience I have always found them very fair and understanding. I wonder if they use the same admin in Europe as the US. My admin is in Belgium. They are great payers and always pay within 48 hours of completing the survey and pay quite generously. For example, the mystery shopper site that I sometimes work for pays £1 more and that involves me in leaving the house, travelling, shopping and completing a lengthy survey - barely worth the effort. Whereas Pincone don't expect me to leave my computer. I am sorry that you are having difficulty. Persever with them, they might change their mind.

They did the exact same thing to me a few years back. Then after they kicked me out they also sent me a email with a link to send to my friends to join..lol.. I also was going threw a lot of health problems and my computer was ransacked by a virus and it took me 8 months to get around to take it in the shop to get fixed so somewhere between that time they kicked me out and I did call them to let them know that I wouldn't be around for awhile, I guess I was gone for too long. To be honest, I wasn't into Pinecone so much after they reduced there pay per survey.I don't do too many survey sites anymore. I don't know if your a member of "Clear Voice Surveys", but they are one of the better newer paid survey sites that are worth joining. It doesn't take no time to earn from them.
