Gain ideal weight

Last week one of my friend has asked about weight gain and the guy really skinny and banded from the waste. he is almost of 40-45 yrs. I said i know about weight loss but you start opposit to it. But I donot know the systematic program to gain bodymass. most of the time skinny people are insulted in society. And how hard they try to increase their weight they always fail. Can anybody discuss to help this character of the society.

I don't know anything about any systemic program in weight loss but I can give you tips: 1. You should eat a little amount of carbohydrates foods such as bread, noodles, rice and others. 2.Drink a lot of fluids everyday to cleanse your body. 3. Limit the amount of Sugar and sweet foods. These foods can really make you fat. 4. Limit your intake of softdrinks such as cola. Did you know that 1 glass of softdrinks is equivalent to 1 cup of rice. You just can't feel it because it is in liquid form. 5. Exercise Regularly. 6. Always eat nutritious foods. Vegetables are really good as well as fruits!! Hope I can help!!!!!!
