is it wrong or not to eat a junk foods in the morning without breakfast? this morning i ate this junk food and i dont feel any bad in my stomach. i ate this without breakfast because this is the food i saw first when i woke up this morning. do you also do this eating a junk food in the morning without breakfast? what do you feel?is it wrong or not?

Only cause it's morning don't mean you have to eat breakfast food. Whatever makes you happy eat . Sometimes we eat breakfast for dinner.

Hello Asliah, You will eventually get weak afterwards if you do hardwork after eating junk foods in the morning. because i myself did that once and i felt so week later on, only with a good breakfast can make you fit for energize when doing something after eating good breakfast. eat only junkfoods when you are just taking a small break. so, in my opinion i feel wrong about it.

that's right junk foods will not give us the right energy we need to participate in our daily activities...At the end of the day you will need to eat more than the usual amount of food because you loose so much energy and didn't have any when you started working.

Hi. asliah. Yes, I have done this a few times to. It is eating it very often that makes the big difference though. I think that it is not good to eat junk in the morning. If I have to eat something that is considered to be a junk food, it would be a nutritious type of snack. It would have vitamins and minerals in it. And it would also be less fat and calories too.

I am not sure if there is anything wrong with eating junk food early in the morning without eating breakfast. But for sure it will not be affecting your stomach right after eating it. It is still food though but not a healthy one. Try not to do it everyday for it will not give you any good after you make it a habit.

Well, I wouldn't suggest to eat junk food as breakfast because it's not full of nutrition or is it healthy. You could if you wanted but it's not suggested too. Make a healthy yummy meal, eggs, toast, bacon or maybe cereal with fresh fruit, yogurt or something!

For me nothing is wrong eating junk foods without breakfast. I didn't do this but sometimes when i cannot see something to eat. No need to do as daily routine because as we all know that junk foods is not good to our health. Let's prepare for the right diet and proper way of eating habits.

I do this often in the past. Now, rarely. Probably never. First, junkfood is very harmful. Don't believe those crap they say about fortified with iron or whatever. It doesn't promote anything. You may do that but try not to make it habitual. There's nothing like a healthy, nutritious and hearty meal to start the day.

I am guilty!!! L.O.L. I sometimes stop at Taco Bueno in the morning and grab a bean and cheese burrito! L.O.L. And then I will stop at the gas station and get a bag of chips to go with it. I know it is not healthy and I have tried to stop doing it but sometimes it is the only thing I pass by on the way to work and I don't have time in the morning sometimes to make or prepare my breakfast to take with me but I have been trying to break that habit and so far I have. Good Luck on the junk food I know it is a hard habit to break!! Have a good day!

Experts sit there and say what is good and what is bad for each meal... Eating something when you first get up is important, yes there are some foods that are better then others... Skipping breakfast is worst then not eating at all.. But I hope you do eat something better later on in the day... So then you get the proper nutriention that your body craves.. And remember what you eat will determine the amount of enegry later... Think of your body as a car for a moment, when you put gas in, it will run... Every once and a while you make get gas that is bad... It doesnt hurt the car but if you contintue to just use the bad gas the car will evenually break down... So I am not saying junk food for break fast is bad but just make sure you mix it up a bit.

I don't think it's wrong to eat junk in the morning, but it really depends on the person. It certainly isn't healthy for you but I've done it numerous times. If it doesn't make you feel bad, quickly available and delicious, then why not? lol

As long as your eating food you enjoy and is also good for you, then your good to go. Enjoy the awesome ability we have to taste and love foods, though do be careful to not go crazy on the junk food lol

We are the only ones who can judge what is wrong or right to put in our bodies. it is our health and nutrition we are dealing with. Eaating a good breakfast is an essential part of our day. Junk foods would probably be better off after a good breakfast.

For me, it is not good if the first food that goes into your stomach is junk food. Take note that those junk foods contains lots of preservatives and additives. Maybe the side effect will not yet be felt, but when that accumulates and will be often , it might grow into something that could make you ill.

For regular people like us, of course there's nothing wrong eating junk foods for breakfast. You could eat anything to satisfy your stomach. Although I haven't tried eating chips for breakfast I don't think it would cause some discomfort. The only thing is, you might get hungry again in a short period of time as compared to having a real breakfast. People are also trying to be health conscious so they do away with junk foods especially exchanging it for a regular meal. Well, in the end it's better for you to eat junk foods compared to not eating at all. It's still your choice.
