Question for you long time myLotters - Are you getting your referral earnings?

Just curious. I referred a new member and that member has contributed, but I have not seen any referral earnings. I sent a inquiry to admin, and this is was their response "We have received your message and we will get to it as quickly as we can. Depending on the nature of your inquiry we may or may not respond to you personally. Please be assured that we have received and read your message and will take action if it is deemed appropriate. There is no reason to send a follow up to your original message and follow up messages will be deleted." Well, it has been a couple of days now and nothing. I kinda don't know what to do from here on. Do I just accept that I won't get any referral earnings for my referral or was there a problem and they are looking into it? Is anyone experiencing this?

Hi cmecu6. Referral earnings update at the same time that your prior day effort get updated. So there should not be any delay. First can you see your referral(s) in your referral tab here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/earnings_r.aspx If you referral is listed there and that/those members are active then you have a glitch of some sort. But remember are they participating and earning so that that could be earning the 25% of their earnings. If so then go here: http://www.mylot.com/goaskalice This is admin, request friend and admin perhaps tomorrow depending when admin is on will accept and you two can discuss in private. Best of luck

Hi hardworkinggurl, Yes, I do see my referral in my referral tab and it showed that he has already done some contributing. That is what prompt me to ask the question. Prior to me asking admin, I checked the Q&A first. It mentioned that the member might have his cookies disallowed, but I checked with my referral and he said no, his cookies is enable, so cookies are allowed. That was when I contacted admin and you saw the response. http://www.mylot.com/goaskalice is this the admin link? I'll check tomorrow.. Thanks for the help...
