Want to know how to extract plant?

Hi everyone!
Does anyone here know how to naturally extract plant? There is a plant that I would like to extract from, but I don't know what,how or where to start.

LOL I had no idea what extract plant was. Seriously I went on the net and first had to look up what is plant extract then went to search a how to.

Thanks. I checked it out and while it is quite informational, I'm a little scared of the butane.. Not exactly the kind of plant I wanted to extract but thanks girl for helping. I was searching the web and found a few ways to do it, but most of the ones I saw, I don't have the tools. I was hoping someone knew of a way I could utilize what I currently have in my kitchen.

Yeah after viewing the video last night I was afraid of the butane also. Sorry I wish I could help further but I came up with at a loss.
