My name is Matti and I was 85 pounds overweight only 4 weeks ago. I couldn't even tie my shoes without fear of blacking out from my stomach cuttin off my wind. My back ached, my knees were hurting, and worst of all I had no energy to play with my 5-year old granddaughter. I knew I had to do something. I started on a doctor approved program that brought immediate results. I had more energy, less appetite and I lost 5 pounds in the first three days. After only a few days I was able to tie my shoes without fear of blacking out. The best part is that I am now 4 weeks into the program and have lost 24 pounds and 11 inches (6 inches of belly fat). i am glad that you are willing to share your weight loss program to others, that's very kind of you. i have been overweight for the last 20 years,now that my sugar level is higher than the normal level, i started to have exercise with 30 minutes of walking everyday and have my meal cut to half of what i consume before, i already lost some pounds and hoping of lossing more until i would reached my ideal weight for my height. i wish i could have your programs because i know it is safe since it is a doctor's approved program, but it might not work on me since we have different health condition. Anyway i am glad that you are concern with other people with overweight problem.

hey good for you! i have started to lose weight also and have slowed down in eating and started eating more healthy things (eating more fiber) and have been drinking more water. i hope you will pass along your information.

Like most people I need to lose weight so that I can have a hernia surgery and so that I can feel better about myself I have tried alot of things even a diet pill the dr recomended any thing out there I can try will be more then glad to thanks in advance.

I am glad that you were able to lose weight so fast and with a doctor approve program. There are so many programs out there that promise fast results but they either don't work or are dangerous for your health or both. I have found tht drinking apple cider vinegar (two teaspoons to a 8 oz glass of water) helps keep the weight off as it's an appetite suppressant. I've not done this in awhile but it did help, what also helped was adding lemon to the mix. Well I won't ask for the information because my way works as well, but I will say if you try that just read the reviews online, some people have gone crazy with it (Drinking a lot of it) and that's dangerous!

Something that is doctor approved for you, may not be doctor approved for someone else. Obesity comes with many other health problems, and the ones you have may be different to ones that someone else suffers. While sharing your "secret" is fine, you should recommend that the individual checks with their own doctor first. Also it is hardly a "secret" if it is doctor approved, as your doctor is likely to have recommended it to several others. I am happy that you are in a better state of health as a result of this diet.
