Deleting referrals

I just noticed you can delete referrals. I have referrals from three years ago that have never posted anything. I should delete them but then what if I delete old unactive referrals and they come back? I'd lose the earning. I know the chances of them becoming active are probably none but at the same time I'd hate to lose any money.

Have you noticed recently that there are many Lotters returning from the past? They signed up years ago and never posted so there is nothing to stop your (and my) referrals from way back when coming back too. As you suggest, if you delete them then they would no longer be your referrals, and would no longer earn you anything. Stranger things happen and with social sites becoming the 'in' thing I think we all stand a chance of seeing some of ours waking up too. They don't weigh down the page so why not leave them there and hope

Yes I left for about a year and just came back. I noticed my referrer no longer does this site so I'm making money for her that she won't even get. Oh well. Yes stranger things have happened maybe they will be searching for something online and come across this site again and start posting.

I agree no point deleting them. As long as they are your referrals you will earn something from should they decide to be active. I donlt have much referals so theres no point in deleting any of them

Well i have around 22 referrals those who are inactive only one have posted in some discussion then left but i feel that one day they will be back also i think why to delete them as such they are not irritating me or doing anything yeah the chance that they would become active later are very very slim but at least it a chance worth wait for

Hi. dreamy1. I am still trying to make up my mind about deleting my referral. I have one and she has never posted anything. Hopefully she will post something very soon. This was about two years ago, I think.

Well the chances of them becoming active is slim but you never know. I'm not deleting anyone it doesn't hurt to leave them who knows they may stumble upon the site again. To bad we can't email them.

Hi dreamy1, If you ask me suggestion would be better keep them. As somebody said in the discussion mylotters who are used to mylot and had the taste of mylot would sure be back. Take my example I have returned after 30+ days to mylot again. Of course mine was a different case, I could not make it since I was stuck up in heavy professional stress. I am not sure about any limit for referrals. Let them stay there some day they might get you something which will be unexpected. I am not really good at promoting I don't have any referrals. i wouldn't delete them if i were you. Who knows they may come back and start using them again and if that happens, that means no extra cash for the one who referred the site lol. Anyway I think it'd be better not to delete them coz I don't think they're doing any harm staying there idle. It's good you have referrals though, i don't have even one. I guess i wouldn't mind even if they were idle lol

Yes referrals are always good but the bad thing is that the majority of them aren't active so you can't really rely on them that much.

yeah same here.. I have almost 50 referrals but all of them are inactive.. sometimes I feel to delete them but I think that why should I delete when there is no harm when they are there.. :-)

I think it is not necessary to delete your referrals. I know they are not active and it means that they are still be your referrals. However, if one day they become active suddenly, then you can still earn from them. There is still such a possibility. If you delete them, then you will not earn from them in the future. I love China

My suggestion to don't delete them. As any time they can come back. And as they are not active so you are not loosing any money. So just keep them as they are and wait till they will come back and will be active one day. Good luck!

Right it's not harming anything to keep them but in the slim chance they do start to post I'd be harming myself because I would have lost money.

I would keep the referrals even if their inactive. I know how sometimes I sign up for a survey site but I don't use it for a year, then I remember about that site and start using it again until I reach the payout. It won't hurt to keep your referrals so keep them.

Yes I've done the same thing. I came back to mylot because I need money! Maybe they will do the same. I need every penny I can get.

According to my knowledge if you are deleted any referral then you mis your referral and if he came back then its not by you so you cannot earn the money from them it means you lose the money

I wouldn't recommend deleting them. There's an old saying that says just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should. I think that applies here. Even if they never come back, it's not like you have a limit on the amount of referrals you can have (to the best of my knowledge, anyway). Just let'em stay. Maybe you can even send them a message and see if you can get them back here.
