I started the day with a bad mood. I slept at 12:30AM. I really don't feel good. I feel so bothered about things. My body is so tired like I want to catch some hours of sleep. I am at work right now but I really dont feel working. I want to go home. This is how I feel right now. And to get a better day I want to discuss this with fellow mylotters. Thanks and God Bless.

For the last 6-8 months I sleep every day only after 12:30 or after. You are right that next day morning we feel so tiered and don't feel like get up in a refresh mood. As we require minimum 7-8 hrs. of sleep, when it is inadequate, it reflect on our body and mind and we feel head ache or such related issues. Also, it is not recommended to sleeplessness for a long period. I am gradually trying to steady to sleep at 11:30 otherwise, it will reflect our health in the long run. Thank-s

I have been used to the no sleep condition since my baby was born 5 months ago. He doens't sleep through the night so I wake up several times at night for him. I was really exhausted for the first few months but it has got a little better. I do tired the next day but I am usually alright to do housework and stuff unless I get sick.

I was feeling like the way you do yesterday.. I slept late, and when I woke up I had a terrible headache, and I was such in a bad mood. But I dragged myself out of the bed and still went to work, after four hours I couldn't take it anymore, with the headache and the bad mood and all, and decided to go home and file a half day sick leave. I just don't like working when I'm not in the mood, and I don't want to sulk all day so I just decided that it would be better for all of us (Me, my boss and my teammates who are bound to get the consequences of my bad mood) for me to just go home and sleep. Hehe.

Yeah, I haven't had any breakdowns in the office yet, though I wish that really wouldn't happen, cause I can be a real b!tch when I'm angry and when I'm in a really really bad mood. Better to just stay away from other people and just lock myself up in my room. LOL.

that is a good decision. Sometimes when you cant contain being so irate, you have to stay away. Staying at pressure when you are stressed out, would cause more damage to self and workmates.

hello Danzylop! I am incline to empathize with you since i had also been sleepless last night and for two prior nights before that. I don't actually feel like working today and got a bad headache. The only reason i am here at work is that i was suppose to attend the burial of my friend's father, but i was not able to attend anyway. I didn't have the stamina and energy to bear all that crying and mourning. You see, the burial procession stopped by at our building and after hearing the short ode given, i just burst into tears. I was not able to stop myself and i feel more weak and disgruntled as before. I guess it's because i lack sleep. I am more sensitive when i don't get enough sleep you see. I have already consumed 4 mugs of coffee to keep me going, but i still feel in a rut. I wanted to go home but my boss arrived and it's just not possible.

lack of sleep also affects the way we think and the way we react to things. we are so sensitive to noises and we sometimes over-react to it. btw, tonight i promise to get the best rest in the world.. hehehe

u r right danz. to sleep like a log i suggest you change your light in the room with light blue or light green color, change your bedsheet and pillow cases, light a scented candle - aromatic is good, play nice music. have a sensual massage that will be really good.

I wasn't able to sleep last night because I slept the whole day yesterday. I ended up staring at the ceiling while I was on bed last night and finally got up to play badminton with a friend. I don't feel like working like you do and to tell you the truth, I want to go home as well and be in the comfort of my own room. What keeps me stimulated and awake right now is my daily dosage of caffeine. I hope you'd feel better the next day and be up and running for another challenging day at work.

Yes I can relate to the feeling of being tired. I often do not get enough sleep and I get really cranky and irritated. I do hope that the day progresses better for you and try and get to bed a bit earlier today.

Personally, I think we have all been there a time or two, and overall there is nothing really you can do except get thru it once you get home and find a way to relax and get the proper sleep you need. When you are under a lot of undue stress sometimes it can make things like this and if you do not get the rest etc. you need and learn to relax some it could cause other problems for you later on as well.

I feel floating and having headache sometimes. As much as possible try to relax your mind while lying down the bed. Go to your room early and just relax. Try not to depend on any tablet for a fast reaction of a sleepy person. Just do it in natural way because you are the one who suffer in the future if you rely on a certain tablet.

If we do not have enough sleep it will surely affect our moods. That is why we are always advised to have enough sleep for healthy mind and body. If can not avoid sleeping late, better to take some vitamins to energize your body.

You need some energy drinks loaded with caffeine. Just be sure you don't consume too much and over extend yourself to the point of getting a crash.

Hi. Danzylop. I will feel tired and sluggish. I also will feel like I don't want to do anything on this day too. I have been like this for the past week. I sometimes wish that my kids could have a couple of days out of school, just so that I can get some extra hours of resting at home. If I don't sleep well, my body will ache too. I will have pain on the lower side of my back too. I hope that you will be able to get some better sleep on tonight.

I would feel like I didn't want to get up, but since I have to I would first thing make me a cup of coffee, then I would sit down as long as I can before I start getting phones calls or am needed, which doesn't take long to get those.

actually lack of sleep makes me irritated and feel lousy the whole day, but if am unable to take a nap, then it would somehow make feel back to my baseline self. So, i think you should get enough sleep at least 6 to 8 hours a day specifically during night where our body could rest and recuperate from the day's activities.

When your not getting enough sleep you'll always be like that my friend. But listen to this, based on my own experience even though I'd only slept for 4-5 hours it feels like a whole day. My secrete is to have a very deep sleep the one is very relaxing and continuous without any disturbance, but before I go to sleep I usually set my mind to wake up at this hour. With that I feel I had enough sleep and would get through my day without any problems like fatigue. Hope this could work for you.

ack of sleep is very unpleasant, when we wake up the body still felt weak and tired, not forceful. we can not perform the activity properly, can not concentrate fully. and the desired time was sleeping anymore.

It really feels unpleasant. Like me, I usually sleep at 2:30 AM and I woke up between 10 to 11 AM. And when I woke up my body feels so heavy and tired, that's why if someone bothers me I really feel so pissed off.
