Aspin’s on the loose

My Bulma (Aspin) with Glasses - She's Bulma the most loved Aspin we had. She died just last year due to old age. She was already 11 years old. We miss her so much. The way her eyes half closes when she greets us and her tails and the smartest Aspin I've ever known.

My mom only has 2 Aspins at home now and I also miss them as they’ve been with us for a few years now. Sad that they’re the only ones left as some of our Aspins where poisoned (angry!!!). I know that Aspins aren’t that popular in our country to be given attention as not all Filipinos are animal lovers especially DOG LOVERS!!! Let’s face it there’s still some who eats them and most of the people I knew who ate dog meats are already dead (grinning) by now because of getting infections due to eating dog meat for a long time. I hope that there’ll be a bill passed that will give a harder punishment on people like this. Remembering the dogs we had that were killed by poison makes my blood boil right now in hatred and anger. God speed to the people behind the poisonings of our dogs and I hope that KARMA will be upon them. Any of the mylotters have mixed breeds or Aspins at home? I hope you love them like you do your pure breeds.

I am a dog person and I've been one throughout my life. That said, I think that I actually like mixed breed dogs better than I like purebred dogs. The reason that I feel this way is because of the fact that they seem to be more intelligent than full blooded dogs. In addition to that, I also believe that their temperment is better than that of mixed breed dogs. However, this doesn't mean that I wouldn't take a full blooded dog into our family.
