Traveling in Switzerland !

I was 19 years old when I did a trip of Bavaria in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein a and Switzerland. I went in January, a bitterly cold month in Central Europe. I visited the beautiful city of Zurich. When Switzerland comes to my mind I think of mountains and lakes. It is a very expensive country to visit. You could get a Swiss Pass to travel on trains and give you some discounts. Accommodation is pricey I think that you will find. If I went back there I would be keen to see the French side around Geneva and the German side around Lucerne. All of Switzerland seems to be picturesque and charming. In summer the lakes are lovely for boat trips and the mountains for walking. In winter skiing is popular. Due to the high prices I advice combine Switzerland with other countries too like I did when I was 19 years old.

I'm a huge fan of Northern Europe! The people are awesome! The nature is great...

i know swis city of basel, is a tradicional city, in the boder with germany, is cheaper in food and sovenirs.
