I've been away from myLot for a while, as some of might have, but most of you probably haven't noticed, and I want to get back into business here.
The problem is, I don't know where to start, there's so many discussions going on and I just don't know where to hop in..
Do you guys have any suggestions for me?

Yeah I guess searching a bit though my interests would get my a nice discussion to respond to. Even though the movies and all don't really have good discussions, but who knows, I;ll just check them out!

Hi destinybattlefield and a warm re-welcome back to myLot. 
Absolutely the discussions can be a bit overwhelming at times and some can be so engaging that you will loose so much track of time because of further involvement. You do remember the I type I earn, you type you earn. So my suggestion is to perhaps pick the interests that you feel comfortable with and begin responding to members that you can relate similar interest with.
Best of luck and I look forward to further interaction with you once again.

It's true, there's tons of discussions that don't really interest me that much, and few that do actually immediately grab my attention. It's hard to pick those discussion out! I do my best but hey, sometimes there's just nothing out there, so I create a new one myself.

I only answer those that piques my interest and I have an opinion about...there are alot I can't answer as I am not married etc....discussions like that! Other wise my favorites are always in the craft section..I answer everyone of those!

Yes I guess that's kind of the same for me, not yet a job, not yet children or whatever, but when I think I have somethign useful to say, why not bother trying to help huh! Thanks for the comment (:

hi destiny you write well and express yourself very intelligently
so I would suggest you just take a deep breath pick out a discussion
that interests you and respond well to it. Or if you have a topic
you really are dieing to discuss ju st jump in and take a fling
at it.I usually get an idea and just spontaneously write out a discussion then start editing it so it will be intelligent and
readable to other mylotters. I try not to make more discussions than
I can easily comment back on. Now however I am way behind as I spent
the last few weeks in a rehab hospital,recovering from a bad fall.
I think I remember your user name,not sure. I am starting my fourth
year here. I was away for 11 months because of family problems. I have now been back for awhile.sd while I am now recuperating here with a very'sore knee I am again playing catch u p. lol .wecome back destiny.

Thanks for all the nice words Hatley (: I try to write in my best English, which might not be the best at times, but I try!
I too get some discussion idea pop into my head sometimes, so I try to write it down in my phone or on whatever I have with me, my hand if necessary!
4 years, that's a while, nice! It's good to see people being admitted to this site, I guess this is the way to go if you also want to earn some money.

Just go over you list of of interests and see if there is anything that might have interst you,discussion wise. It is not hard at all! Just jump in! Also nice to have you back!

Thanks for the welcome! :) It's good to be back and I try to jump in discussions, but I don't have much time either these days.. I'm busy with schools, exman year & all of that.. I really try to be active but just can't sometimes. I'll just scale it down to my started discussions and some of my interests I guess!

Yeah it's probably not that hard to get a nice discussion you're right. Though I don't have much time these days which I think is a pity because I'd like to be much more active on here to do what I like, and earn that extra bit of money is always nice! I try to respond as much as I can, but it's just not working sometimes;)
