Any Indians bought refferals for PTC sites from Paypal after Ist March?As according to new rule we can't purchase Goods or service by using paypal.

Hi tina, Does it also mean that we can not get our money to our bank account through pay pal?

No karji..You can receive money into your paypal account and should withdraw to bank account within 7 days. only payment through account balance is disabled for Paypal India.

7 days from the date you receive the money.

Do you mean from Account balance ?..if ya,well No..the payment option is disabled.however you can buy referral or purchase stuff using credit card in your paypal account..that's the only option left for paypal India.I have added $8 in vynbux on 5th march by using VCC into my paypal account..it coasted me $9.
