(WARNING THIS DISCUSSION IS LONG) Right now I am Furious Then Sad, then Embarrassment comes to my Mind. Right now I just realize after 2 years STUPID ME! Thought I should try to finish my High School Diploma online. I did and I pass it with a GPA of 3.93 what do you know The Diploma was a FAKE!! cost me $250 at the time Now I check on the site and its $300 now. Yesterday My Father had me thinking because his sister in New York Heard of a Friend or a Family Member getting there High School Diploma online and trying to go to the Army and They Said its FAKE. So I did some Research about the site I got my Diploma on, What you know its a Scam. Fake no good. I heard of other people trying to go to college and they said this is Fake. I try to comfort myself and believe maybe it was just the college. I Chat with one of there Representatives and all the signs started coming to me. They didn't want to give me there address. They just gave me a random State and City no Zipcode. They just gave me there number, I said don't you think I should be in Titled to that type of information. When you apply for a job sometimes they want location. I started to realize these people that are suppose to be a working for the School. Sound like i am chatting with my Friends and we are having a argument. I got the Man so mad that he cut off on me. I ask myself how can the Government allow this to happen, HELLO! they are getting free money and just using a little bit of it on papers and folders and some stupid Stickers. They have been running since 1992 I think. too long. I AM PLANNING TO SUE! I don't care if they don't have an address every computer has a IP address. I am going to close them down and get the News Involve make sure that I get my money back and more. Make SURE THEY WILL NEVER DO THIS TO ANOTHER PERSON AGAIN!!!! I feel like a fool just believing it was all real I guess because I was 17 and I was looking for a easy way out. Life was getting Hard and times was hard and felt like no one wanted to list the school couldn't help me so I helped myself. Left NOW I have a choice to go take a STATE Diploma class around where I live or a GED. RIght now I honestly feel like I crying my eyes out. I just got hired at the bank they assume I have a Diploma when I don't have NOTHING 2 years forward and now 3 Years Back. "The Saying It's too Good to be True" Took an effect in my Life. Today.

I am sorry for you, payout. I cannot understand how such things can happen. Indeed, you can sue this "school". I find weird that the bank take your fingerprints and did not verified your diploma. You were not cheating them, as you did not knew that it was fake. Was this diploma required for your job or not ? If not, I think you can continue with this job.

Hey Topffer, Yeah I am Sorry for myself as well. I will sue this Fake "SCHOOL" Nope they didn't ask me for my Diploma of proof or anything at the job. I read only its best or I think Required to have a Diploma or GED. Maybe they take less. Customer Service and money handling skills seem to be the most important. Nope they didn't Verify it if they did then I guess it works but everything lines up to a Scam and all the other people I read and what happen to them and when I chat with these people everything seem to just Scam iish.

This does not seem possible in my country : they would be prosecuted like criminals, and they are criminals for me. Have not you a possibility to lodge a complaint against this school ? I hope that you will get your money back and some damages : it is not possible to let these people continue to deceive people.

Oh payout so sorry to hear this and what a shame, imagine how many others they too have scammed. One of the things you definitely need to remember for the future is that any school you apply for should be an accredited school. This will vary it's validity and avoid such scams like this. I don't know how far you can take this but if I were in your shoes I too would go the extreme and take it as far as you can go. Let out all the tears and then dust yourself off and the anger will allow you to take it to the fullest possible extreme.

I am so sorry to hear this. What a waste of time. Are you going to tell the bank where you got hired about it? If you are going to sue, I guess the bank will hear about it. Well, you are young and smart, so you can go back three years and still make it. Good luck..

If you were only 17 when you registered for the online diploma, I believe you have a good case. A minor cannot legally enter into a binding contract. With the course online I'm guessing you had to fillout forms online regarding age. Sorry this happen to you. I think things are headed in the right direction for you now with the new job.

Thanks I plan to sue haha.. I need all the luck I can get. My plans are to find groups of people that will gather together and tell the local news and try to get the government attention and let that proceed and process it's self into a mayor headline of people scam in people and taking there money all because they want a better education. I would create a site if i have to. Just to stop these awful people.
