Water is a great element to stability in our enviroment.So this fact have a good influence for peoples health.Water help to sanguine circulatory,increase intestinal absorbtion,regulation blood pressure,expulsion residues and toxicity from body.But for this fact to assure a good function at this mechanism in human body,it is important to drink a minimum quantity of water 2 litre/day.You drink enough water?You have problems with own health by missing water?

It is important for the body to rid antioxidants so I drink almost a gallon a day. My face is very clear and it helps with dehydration.

There was a time when i had a urinary tract infection. The doctor prescribed antibiotics which were costly. But after taking them for a week, i have to go back to the doctor because it's still not cured.
The doctor told me to have Water therapy instead, which i followed. After a week, i am already well. Now, i know that water is really helpful in keeping our self healthy.

You're right. Water is really essential for all living things. I'm afraid I do not meet my daily needs but so far, I don't have any problems with health that is caused by lack of water.
