I am not a Christian but I am not hopeless. Another thing that I am not is arrogant which is more than I can say for you.

I'd say more ignorant than arrogant, but... those traits do tend to run together, eh? :)

In response to your response to a response, Atheist and anti-Christ are not the same thing. Atheist means to believe in no god. It does not necessarily mean that you have no religion. Atheism is often now synonymous with athe-woo-ism (I don't know if there's an official term), woo meaning supernatural. Anti-Christ could mean that they "worship" the anti-christ, ie. Satan, however, I am betting that they said this just because it is shocking and they are trying to rebel. It's hard to say what was going on in this particular situation, when the info is so out of context. The term anti-christ could also just be referring to an opposing belief or attitude towards Christ or Christianity. You say that you have friends who have declared themselves to be anti-christ. If you are wondering what they mean by it, why don't you just ask them directly? I think that this would be the most effective way of answering your question.

An anti-Christ is a person who do deeds that is in the exact opposite of what Christ has done or in contrast to Christ's teachings. An Anti-Christ also is a doer of anything against Catholic tradition and culture. This is a person who attacks anything that is the Church while claiming divine power or dominance against other people, religion and culture without any foundation or basis.

antichrist is a long project that has existed since time immemorial, and continue to run until to day without us knowing it, it really is devil project to plungs humanity to forget GOD. including those who are proud of their bad activities they do. some people on this earth named them as "worshipers of the antichrist". actually in every religion has in warning about the antichrist, but few among us who understand it. essentially the antichrist is a project that very evil demon who will devide the religious community, and the end of project is a destruction of the world where people did not know GOD, and that was the end of the world.
