hi, i really dont have any idea about of this, but there's no wrong to eat chocolate, because heart attack usually came from high pressure of blood. but its more nice if we ask the doctor what is good for the people who have this case.

It is true of dark chocolate. Chocolate has antioxidants which help lower blood pressure and damage that can lead to heart disease. Not so with milk chocolate or white chocolate, since milk interferes with the absorption of antioxidants found in the chocolate. But, in this case, more is not better. You have to moderate your intake. It still has a bunch of calories.

Too much of anything these days certainly do contribute to heart attacks as we have been told. Today we may hear coffee can then tomorrow we hear about how much it can help. So kind of confusing and best to always speak to our doctors about good nutrition and exercise.

The benefit is from the Cocoa used to make chocolate, as reported. As for myself, I think enjoying a nice piece of chocolate has a soothing effect and to feel good is always beneficial for your well being.
