DO u believe or even experience the so called SEVEN-YEAR-ITCH?

It is absurd to say so.Why is it not eight years , nine years or something but seven years?What facts is the word based on? It sounds like superstition.As for marriage ,It cann't be lumped together.Some are an affectionate couple ,their love will deeper with the passing of time;others lack of love foundation ,as time goes on,familiarity breeds contempt.

I also believe it might not happen to everyone, it all depends on the couple.. 7 year itch i guess its like that phase in the relationship where you both feel different from each other..you feel distant. but then on my part i believe it all dpeends on the couple, i personally i think it happened but it was more on the differences we had that we grew apart..but we already patched things up and things are great for us right now all in God's grace.

According to the movie, after 7 years of marriage there is an itch to be unfaithful. I dunno that about my marriage either. The children are keeping me way too busy. So anyone else can support this theory?

It certainly seems to me like an excuse some people have used to justify perhaps the bad behaviors. I am happy to hear you and your husband are doing well. I do wish you 7 years ten times over. Congrats in advance and do not allow what we hear to set in stone, everyone is different and thus far you and your husband have proven that.

hi biach17! i havent watched this video yet, but if we'll keep on thinking, believing and letting that this things really to happen and exist then 100 percent in any relationship it will do happen. why not focus on the relationship not to turn into its itch and coldness. why not maintain and increase the fire burning in the relationship and positively think that for many years to come, there would never be any itch will occur. just think positively and have faith that everything will be okay no matter what kind of rollercoaster ride will be, its still the both of you will help each other to work in your relationship. :)
