why should we hire you???

hi friend i went for an interview and it was goin well have given all the answers but the bouncer came at last with this question.why should we hire you? and i was not prepared to answer it i gave answer but i was really nervous as soon as i heard this question.i was surprised by suddenly listening to this and i thought he is not interested in hiring me.but i was not aware that he wanted to trap me in questions wanna check my ability.
what should be the best answer fot this question according to you.

hi,
i also encountered that question when i applying for a job, this was the question that really make you to think..
to answer that question, of course i need to believe in my self and prepare to answer that. why should you hire me?? because i can contribute to the success of your company,with the knowledge, skills and experienced as well.

This seems to be a common question. If you can handle it well, then th epossibility for you to be hired will be higher. At first, you can tell them your virtues such as you are a diligent person and you will work hard for the company. And then you can bring some profits for the company etc.

I think you should give out the qualities you have that would be beneficial to the company hiring you. I think in an interview, you should anticipate all possible questions that they may ask of you so you can prepare the answers beforehand. Doing so, would make you feel confident about your answers when they finally would ask them.
