Sending Newsletter Mails using 4 IPs

Does anybody here knows how to configure SMTP or exim to be able to send newsletters with different IPs? I know this is too technical but I need help. Deadline is almost near and still I haven't found solutions. Thanks!

Personally I would use VPN connections. Look at SecurityKiss, it is the best for what you want to do : you can change the IP as you want in a few second, but since last December they limited the number of tunnels for the free services -- actually IP freely available are in Germany, Ireland (and not UK as said) and US -- and the free access to web only, though all the VPN tunnels working with port 443 will be available for you to send a newsletter with an online based email.
