Anyone can really share their thoughts if really Joavan is an adopted child of Mayor socratez Fernandez of Talisay City? This guy Joavan is somewhat a bad guy... I don't know why he is really bad as you can see what his doing before... killing people, disturbing private places, not paying orders. Do you think this Joavan becomes bad because his father is one of the powerful person on the place?
