To avoid getting a flu, from an early stage you must drink 1000mg of vitamin c, drink plenty of water, at least a glass every hour, or drink warm lemon juice. The best way from getting it worse is to take a lot of vitamin c. Vitamin c can really stop the flu from coming. So take fruits rich in vitamin c and make sure you take plenty. Oh and don't forget to rest. Sometimes flu is triggered by stress and fatigue so you must not get yourself stressed or over worked.

My advice is to visit a physician first and ask the doctor what's the best remedy in your migraine. It's very rare to me to have a headache or even migraine. If I have that i will drink a paracetamol to ease the pain temporarily or maybe you have deficiency in vitamin c. As far as I know, frequent migraine is not good to our body and sometimes if comes to worst be a tumor. Don't take that easy, ask the doctor where that started and how to stop that. Always, if you have a flu or whatever pain in your body always go to a doctor and we know that the doctor know best medicine. God speed and bless you always!!!!!

Personally I have heard that there is a Flu going around etc. that is Bad and sometimes can start with a bad headache and runny nose, sore throat, etc. One thing I would consider doing if I were you, is take a lot of fluids in like Orange Juice, Apple Juice, water and rest a little more. Just mostly take care of you and make sure that you are doing what you need too, to help you the Best. I do wish you the Best, and hope you feel better soon.
