I think its cool that Christians can get together online and start dateing. Am I the only one who thinks that this is somewhat wrong? Shouldnt Christians date non-christians so that we may lead them to be saved?

If you read the bible carefully you will see what it says about getting involved with non-christians.I think that sometimes we are the cause of our down fall. How can you date a non-christian and lead he/she to be saved?Sometimes it's hard to be friends with non-christians much less if you try and date them. Online dating is ok but sticking to christian sites is the best advice.

Key word here is"SOMETIMES".And i am speaking from experience.I am not saying that christians can never be friends with non-christians but sometimes it is difficult.

I have been having difficulties with a friend who always makes snide remark about christians.Everytime it comes up about me going to church they say lots of things that maybe you wouldnt think of saying to your friend. You must understand that not every body has the same mindset as you and your family and i am sure you respect your friends beliefs.I dont have a problem with islam or any other religion.I am simply saying sometimes it is very hard to befriend a non-christian.

Vonmac is right. It shouldnt be that hard for a christian to befriend a non-christian. My best friend is an atheist. My other closest friends are of a different religion, however we make it work. But I do see your point Friendship4lyfe, those who cant respect others religion are very hard to put up with.

For my own opinion you are right that we must influence people and share the good news of the bible by not judging them and forcing them to join. And for me its not bad to have an online dating for Christians because it doesn't mean dating on a different way is bad for a person. We just need to have a larger picture to understand more and respect each others opinion.
