Server time on neobux

yesterday i clicked all my advertisements on neobux but today i did not get the credit for my referral clicks. the message that it shows is "Yesterday, at server time, you did not click". And this has happening for the second time with me on neobux. I don`t quite understand the mathematics behind server time.
Please explain?
