i want to connect to another linkedin profile,i want to know how to connect to a profile,tell me the basic steps

Hi, first of all you search for a person or company with the search button. Then when you got the person you send a email with a network request. Just like add x to my network. This is only when someone already have a linkedin profile. I hope this helped you.
