Hello guys, in times of your urgent needs undeniably the first thing that would come up into your mind are your closed friends whom you really knew can afford to lend a little help.
But, how would you feel if you would be refused to the fact that obviously she/he can could help to think that you've known each other so long?
It is really true when your at the midst of scarcity and being pressured you could fight your shame.
On my part, I could not help but cried on that day and got pity on myself.
It is true what the holy scripture said "IT IS EASY FOR THE CAMEL TO ENTER THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE THAN FOR A RICH MAN TO ENTER INTO HEAVER"..
On the way around, I put this on my positive aspect. What she did to me urged myself to strive more someday I would be at the top from where I am right now.
Did this happen to you guys?
So sad and embarrassing..

I've been there too. But don't let your situation get you down. Don't take it as negative because it will only drag you down more and more. Instead, keep your head high and promise yourself that this is just temporary, soon you will get out from your misery...Life is a cycle. One day, life will turn around, you'll be on top and this is my advice; Don't do what your friend did to you...good deeds are being rewarded in heaven :)

I have never had to ask anyone for any money. If I did, and was turned down I would not consider those people true friends. I have given money to friends in the past when I was much better off than I am now. I never got repaid all of it, but I don't really care. I feel the relationship is worth more than the money.

That's it my friend, that's what we call true friend. It doesn't really matter if someone, your friend, can't afford to pay you back for as long as the friendship is still there. Who knows sooner or next time she/he could pay you back?
I appreciate that my friend, you have a quality of really a good friend...
Thanks for responding ...

Now things have reversed and my friend is a lot better off then me. She helps me as much as she can and sometimes buys or cooks me things. If I ask her to pick up something at the store for me, she won't take any money for it. So in a way I guess she is still paying me back.

Personally in life this sort of thing happens and unfortunately happens to many of us more than we would ever like to remember. Sometimes it can be from a Family member, close friend, relative, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, spouse, child and when it does happen it makes you wonder why for sure. Many times there might not have even been something that you could have done to prevent it. People are just odd sometimes and the only thing you can do is try your best to keep everyone Happy and learn to move on when something goes awry in your life as well.

i have been in such a circumstance before. it is still hurting whenever i think about it now. i honestly do know how you feel and well... from someone who was in that situation, i'd say you are hurting now, you are feeling rejected and by someone you thought can help you, right... and that feeling might be kept somewhere in your heart... but im sure it would be hard for you to forget as it was hard for me to forget myself.. but you know what? God will help, he will help you find your way... at least you've now known who you can count on now... and this sure made you a better person. Use this experience to make you better, this will help you grow emotionally and you will be able to get through this...

You're absolutely right my friend. Yeah God will never forsake me. I think it would only be a matter of patience until that day comes. Yes, I will use that bad experience of mine from my friend whom I expected to help. It's okay.
Thanks for responding my friend..

it would be more hurtful and frustrating if it's a relative than a friend. yes of course, i could also feel the same if i am rejected but considering friends are still friends and not the same blood running through our veins. sometimes, i feel not coming to relatives to seek help.

Hi Mobhoimeir!.
I think no one feel OK when had to dealing with rejection. I personally never ask my best friend favor for money even they offer it when I am in trouble. They my best friend and I will not taking advantage from them. So when I ask them in future they will know I really need and no one to turn too.
I personally not know your case but one of my dad brothers keep coming for lending money, for various reason my dad usually give it but he never return it. Honestly its bothers us a lot but keep silent because thats was my dad money and he can do any thing with it.
Just feel positive my friend in time like this, you got chance to know who your real friend.

Hello nangisha..I would never lend any amount of money should I would never in the state of scarcity and in emergency. About the case of your father's brother, your uncle, that his bad attitude he would not deserve to lend him again..
Cheerss!!!

Yes its true. It really hurts!
I totally understand you. you're not alone in this.. There are just friends that can't help us when we need them... But true friends will!
The true friends, even if they can't afford if we ask them "money" they will still be there to guide you in the quest you are into.
but those not so true friend, when you ask them some help and they can't give; they will not be there to help you.. We should expect that!
