How to start a blog?

I've been meaning to start a money making blog soon but I have no idea how to start. What website should I use to start my blog? And also what should I do so I can be getting paid for my hard accomplishments. Also what else do I need to know about creating a blog?

its really not hard its quite easy you just need to find a website that gives free website or you can buy your own and then all you need to do is talk about something that people will be interested in M@C
