does hairfall signify something???

for 2 weeks now i have very bad hairfall. some says it normal to have 100 hairs to fall but when i counted mine it reached 250 or more. i was so shocked and almost wanted to cry. i dont want to be bald. when i asked the doctor he says i should take stresstab but then nothing changed.i sued another shampoo and still no effect. im so frustrated on what to do please helppppppppppp!

Maybe don't use shampoo in the mean time. Try using conditioners instead. Then brush your hair as gently as you could.

yes i did not use shampoo for a while now but still i have hairfall. i am so scared to lose all my hair
