I would never work in a Single Organisation

From my Childhood itself , i used to think that i should be a Mushroom in a Single company i should keep on moving from one Company to another , I should develop my knowledge successively . Is it is good for me or not ?

Offcourse,It will be fruitful for your career.But I think you should get enough experiance in one organisation atleast 2 to 3 years.It helps to improvise your resume also.If you change organisation just within one year it can give negative mark on your resume that you just work for money.Also it is very hard to adjust in new organisation and in new people.

Its a nice idea my friend.But you have to skilled and experienced.Then you can jump one to another.I think this is challenging to join new company and adopt with them.....
