Im sure you have all heard of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, well I am in the US navy and am stationed here in Japan. Im new to this site and im not sure where this discussion is going to go so i guess ill start by asking this, by the time we had all realized what we felt was an earthquake it was already on the internet and news and the US jumps to help but, when something such as Katrina happens in the US no other country with the exception of a select few jump to help us?
