Metallica's first album

I was always under the impression that the Garage inc. cd's that Metallica made were their first cd's, however when i stumbled across an album list online i was surprised to find an album I hadn't heard of listed as their oldest album, it's called Kill 'em All and it's now my favourite Metallica album, I've played it almost everyday since downloading it and putting it on my ipod... for those that haven't heard it you should get it as its a must in any Metallica collection...

I agree. I like their music video Hit Me Baby One More Time where they're dancing in a student outfit.

Indeed,Kill'em All is Metallica's first album and it's a masterpiece of thrash metal,like all their albums from the 80s.Although I try to listen to new bands and albums as much as I can,there are times when I return to the 'classics' of metal and Kill'em All is one of the albums I'll always listen to with great pleasure.
