Women have got to be the 8th wonder of the world?

I'm a woman of substance and givin everything I have said, done, made, cared for, dedicated, named, created, assisted, birthed, cleaned, wished for, cooked, shed tears for, hoped for, lived for, prayed for, screamed for, explained for and still here for; it seems sometimes we are overlooked. It's like this unsaid thing but people look to women for almost everything. I'm not voicing it as a bad thing or good thing, I' just amazed at how we were created and the abilities that come over us at the most important times in life. Sometimes I feel like I need to be more busy while other times, I only wish for just a couple minutes to relax. It's absolutely mind boggling but it's me. Like, how in the world do we have these abilities to do so much at one time and still manage to keep our head on for more? If I had one strong opinion in this world, I would have to stick with the fact that I believe women are the 8th wonder of the world. I'm not the only one who have said this either. Friends and family have said this to me in a joking manner but I really believe this to be true. We have 1)Mount everest in nepal, 2)victoria falls in zimbabwe,3)grand canyon in arizona,4)great barrier reef in australia,5)northern lights, 6)paricuton volcano in mexico, 7)harbo of rio de janero in brazil, and 8) The genetics of the women race. We are strong as ever but can be genuinely sympathetic.

Hi texasgal, Of course. Women should be placed as the 8th wonder of the world. With few exceptions women are far ahead of men but ironically they have not been given chance and opportunity. The responsibilities, household chores, looking after things, cooking, washing - almost all. The selfish men would not easily credit them their due. I just can not think of my daily life without my wife. Whenever she is busy at her college work and not at home things seem not going well. And interestingly women have the knack of tackling the household problems that men lack. I agree with you. Hats off.

It's great that you can acknowledge the works of a woman.

You have to say what is what and denying this is not denied the truth.

i am totally, absolutely happily agree with you! i am a woman and i simply love it. i feel we are the strongest. though we can live without a male, males cant live without a woman now can they? it is only because of ssociety and the cultural pressure due to which certain women marry in the first place too personally, i think we are blessed with intuitive and multitasking skills and emotionally very strong too which are not found in men and i simply love it!

I have definitely got to agree. Mainly, without us the human race would cease to exist. Women do so much for this world and I'm certainly hoping my daughter grows up to be one of those women who changes it for the better. I didn't even know what the seven wonders of the world were except that we Aussies were in there, so thanks. Keep on being a proud woman, I know I will.
